1990s Jospeh Ribkoff Black Flared Skirt Suit made in Canada. Slightly stretchy tech black woven fabric. Wide folded shawl collar blouse with knotted front, center back zipper and large folded cuffs. The skirt has a center back zipper and a flared hem. Such a great set to wear together or as separates.
